Never Never Distilling Co. is the story of us, three people with a passion for flavour, having a serious go at creating Australia’s most exciting and innovative gin brand.
It is the culmination of our separate journeys, three paths walked that have managed to intertwine here in South Australia.

Had an amazing weekend in McLaren Vale and my favourite spot I visited was Never Never! The staff were friendly and the drinks were amazing - I had their Ginache! It's only a 45 minute drive from Adelaide so will be making sure I go back again with friends and family. Cant recommend them enough!
After an impromptu decision to stop in after a long lunch, we were met with fantastic staff and even more fantastic cocktails. We decided on a Olive Martini (dirty) and a Winter Spiced Negroni. Both were just the thing to warm us up on a cold winters day. Thanks to the team for being so accommodating considering we arrived close to finishing time.
Had an amazing experience here over the weekend. Tried the gin flight and a few Ginache cocktails. The service was awesome and staff knew so much about the products and distillery. The view is awesome and we were able to take home two bottles that we loved! Definitely going back in the future!
