Had a amazing day with Brett explaining how to produce our own gin blend, he has a huge amount of knowledge and is more than happy to share. Only downfall was that the amount we paid i would have expected to be able to blend my own and not have one blended bottle between myself and partner who has very different taste to me. So please note shared station means exactly that only blend one bottle between twoshare everything and not blend individually The lunch was amazing

We spent the day with Brett at the Durand Distillery Gin School. This was an incredible experience with Brett sharing his passion for all things distilled, a chance to learn about the process of making gin, choosing our own aromatics and producing a customised beverage. All the hard work of monitoring the stills was done whilst we enjoyed a delicious meal at the adjoining Eatery. An absolute must when planning your next trip to the Barossa.
