We had a lovely visit to Tilbrooks, enjoyed a tasting and a delicious platter of local goodies, and met the remarkable owners James and Annabel. What an incredible story they shared. Looking forward to visiting again when next in Adelaide.

James is fantastic. Tilbrook Estate is THE Hipster winery in the Adelaide hills. It's rustic, authentic, and a unique experience that no other winery in Adelaide can match. The cellar door is in a shipping container which is just awesome. They're also constructing a new cellar door that is going to house weddings with 360 degree views. Fantastic and highly recommend to Lobethal locals, and the younger wine lovers of Adelaide.
Who knew a shipping container could be a cellar door!? Beautiful scenery, including the vineyards and hills. Amazing Pizza's. If you want a casual afternoon with a bottle of wine and a pizza overlooking the Adelaide Hills BEST view, then James definitely provides a good weekend lunch away.
