Been to this cellar door a few times now. The wine is really nice, views are amazing and the staff are welcoming and helpful. On a weekend there is an option of a food truck and it changes frequently, so you can grab a snack to go with your wine tasting. There is also Dawn Patrol coffee attached for those non drinkers - and whilst I don't drink coffee, I have been told by friends that it is excellent coffee. It is great to have an option like this locally
Really terrible service! Would have rate no star if I could. Did not make it clear that the wine tasting is just for a flight of wine; did not even ask what flight set we want and just serve the first flight on the list. Attitude was so bad when we try to clarify. Highly do not recommend. If you have to dine in here, MUST ask clearly for every single fee because everything is just not written clearly and it's by common sense.
My wife and I very much enjoyed the taste flights and ended up buying a few bottles. Disappointingly even though it was school holidays we wanted to purchase a food platter which was available on line only to be told none was available. Which soured the experience
Came in with a large group of 20, to which we got treated like VIP’s with their amazing service, attention to detail and expansive wine knowledge to which Sam was very willing to share. From the novice wine tasters to the veteran drinkers of the group Sam’s passion for his wine truely taught us all something on the day. Each and every wine tasted, was delicious and unique in flavour with great depth. A must stop in your wine travels.
