My husband and I took the mixed bag Wine Legends tour was part of a holiday to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was probably the highlight of the holiday and the best wine tour we have ever been on (we have been on a few). Ben was relaxed, enjoyable to be around (a legend!) and had great local knowledge. There was only one winery I requested to visit, leaving the rest to Ben. He took us to some great wineries that we would have never been to otherwise (we have already re-ordered from Tomfoolery). The highlight was definitely the opportunity to talk to the wine makers, to hear the science behind it, their personal stories and their passion. I have already recommended Wine Legends to a few people and we will be re-booking with them next time we are in that part of Australia. If you’re tossing up whether to book a tour like I was -you won’t regret booking a tour with Wine Legends. Thanks for the most amazing time Ben!
Ben was friendly and knowledgeable. Such a nice guy. Knew his stuff and knows a lot of people in the industry. Got very well looked after by the staff because we were with him. Experienced some gems that you wouldn't normally go to. The whole day was catered to our taste. Amazing tour and a must do if you appreciate a good wine.
Ben is an absolute gentleman. His knowledge of wine, the Barossa and history of the region is second to none with so many good relationships at each cellar. The experience and services that he provides is extremely valuable and deserve sincere appreciation and recognition. In our case, Ben went to the next level to offer his services discretely and assist with my proposal. The sunset, champers and platter were perfect.
